About Justin Eballar, Founder of Eballar Law

In his career as a plaintiff attorney, Justin has recovered over $10,000,000 for his clients in cases that have ranged from life-altering injuries and the loss of loved ones to pain from minor car accidents.  He worked for two of Los Angeles' top-rated plaintiff trial firms before establishing Eballar Law. His accomplishments have been recognized by Super Lawyers each consecutive year since 2018 and have earned him a selection in National Trial Lawyers: Top 40 Under 40.  He has a published article in the Daily Journal discussing contradictions in government immunity laws and has volunteered for the Grassroots Law Project and Pepperdine School of Law’s Disaster Relief Clinic.

Justin has stood up for his clients against corporations, insurance companies, employers, property managers, governments, public utilities, and individuals in a wide-range of injury, employment, property damage, and cases.  Growing up in different small towns and big cities has given him a broad perspective of the human experience that has helped him understand his clients and navigate the indifference that many defendants present.  He knows that each client's experience of adversity is different and needs to be understood on an individual basis, whether the harm is physical, emotional, or economic.
